If I could choose a negative number, it would be negative 10+++. The smell that greets you at the entrance is horrible. It was feces on the floor in my uncle's room and he was laying in bed wet from urine. Blanket was soaked. That just a bit if it.. The smell didnt come from just a bad day. It had to take time for that place to get to that level of smell. For anyone to stay its a good place... I know the Health Department must get involved.. We will find out soon.

Went to visit my Aunt today. 85% Of the Staff seemed to be Attentive to the Residents. I had to ask one Staff to turn up the Air conditioning for my Aunt. She was crying and suffering from heat when I arrived. I kindly asked one of the nurses to turn up the A. C. Which he kindly did. It took him onky 5 seconds and the room was Automatically Nice and cool!! It's just SIMPLE Things like That, As an Example. But overall, it's a very Decent place compared to many others in Virginia!! My Aunt also constantly complains about the food ( Except the Lunch Meals. The lunches there are nice. Breakfast and Dinners there, Not so much. Overall, I'll give this place 2 and a Half Stars out of 5!

Well while visiting my brother, Reginald Payton the experience was good. The reception people was nice, friendly and helpful. My brother was sitting out in the hall way (waiting on me). He was clean, the room was clean he was happy. As long as he is happy I'm happy with the services. Nothing to complain about.

Great new staff and admin team. Attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely patient and responsive. Very helpful and communicative throughout our entire process. Appreciate all of the staff taking the time to walk us through everything, and answering all of our questions and specific needs. Love the improvements and updated look!

They spam called and text me, leaving 5 voicemails plus a text message all after 10pm to verify my dad's social security number. This happened a few months ago as well. Aside from the fact that's harassing us, MY DAD HAS NEVER BEEN THERE!! So I can only imagine how awful they are to actual patients and their families. They've been notified repeatedly this isn't the right number so maybe publicly calling out their nonsense will make it stop. Hopefully Onome can learn to verify information and some tact. Good luck to whoever has to go here, they seem terrible. *update a few hours later, they have called back 3 times. I have told them over and over they have the wrong number. They keep getting a worse attitude each call like it's my fault they're incompetent. Don't let them anywhere near your family.
