I am so thankful for Heritage Woods! Most importantly, I feel mom is being cared for well there. Not only is it visually clean every time I visit but it smells clean too. There are a variety of balanced food choices. The staff are caring, kind & do a good job providing individualized care. They frequently have fun & season appropriate activities which is so good for my mom & encourages socialization. I can't thank Heritage Woods enough for allowing my family to use the Private Dining Room & overflow into the Conference Room for a Celebration of Life for my brother that passed away in May. Not having to get mom ready at a certain time on the dot, transport her to another location where she would have to stay until someone could take her back to HW would've caused her more chaos, confusion & distress. Instead she was able to walk down to the event in her own timing & then leave & go back to her apartment when she was tired & overwhelmed. I also love that I can schedule mom a hair appointment with the in-house salon & they will come get her for her appointment if needed. Thank you Heritage Woods!!
