I find them to be caring to my grandma, she says the people are kind. Yes they are short staffed, but they have a loving atmosphere and do their best with what they have. I find the rooms and cottages to be quite nice

A resident has been reportedly neglected at this facility . As the resident was falling out of her bed, staff on duty had invaded her privacy & harassed the resident by taking photos and making an amusement of her circumstances of not being able to help herself . These poor actions have been reported by other residents and witnessing staff. The matters have been escalated to management in which their response lacked any sympathy nor empathy for the resident and family while also are making efforts to ‘sweep it under the rug.’ Families of these residents, you can collectively work together to make a case of the elderly abuse that is conducted and allowed within establishment.

My mom, who is dying of colon cancer, was falling off of her bed and instead of helping her, two staff members laughed and took a picture of her. Another staff member told a member of my family, so I think that the picture was shared. Supposedly, they are investigating the incident, but I doubt they will do anything about it.

Highly do not recommend. No where near enough staff to care properly for your loved ones. Can’t keep good staff due to mistreatment. DON doesn’t step in to help. State should stop by to be honest. Not a good place. I won’t be sending my loved ones there. Quit so I would stop being put in situations that could risk me losing my license.

The residents are lucky to be bathed once a week if they are lucky and the floors are so under staffed that's the CNAs are usually staffed 2 aides to a forty person unit.
