Very very poor service and dirty place. Housekeeping is very poor, when they mop the floor they mop the bathroom first and use same mop to clean the room. Housekeeping was not done for two days and when I asked one of the staff she said some one will come and take care. She left at 3 pm and I asked person on duty she said no one is there to take care of this. Also she told me that it’s not her work.Whole room and bathroom was full of trash and diapers.

There have been MANY on going issues in Heritage Park. There are a few CNA's that bust their butts to do the right thing...the upper management really seems unaware of the nightmare that is happening on the floor. Today my mother and her room mate wanted a hotdog...they were cooking them outside of their window...when I went to go get them one, I was told they had not signed up for the activity, so they were denied a hotdog...REALLY!!!! It's a hotdog!!!! The list goes on and on for the lack of care at Heritage Park.

While my great grandma was here, she was treated well, and the staff seemed very friendly, with some even having great relationships with her. Brought her food and checked on her quite often, until hospice took care of her until the end. Have to respect some of the workers here who have to work tirelessly and deal with the emotional stress as i’d imagine.

My mother was just in this facility for a week for rehab. One of the staff took her to the bathroom and forcibly cut her nails. Another got in her face and was nasty with my mom when she buzzed to go to the restroom in front of my brother. If you can't have compassion for the elderly then perhaps you shouldn't be working in a facility like this. Would you want your family member treated the same way??? And place is dirty...small flies everywhere.

They took great care of my grandpa while he was there. The nurses were sweet and understanding, he always had good food, and there were activities for him to do. There was even a lady there who helped him get financial help after he got out! Excellent service and kind staff.
