Heritage/Bergquist has the most caring staff! My In Laws started first in the independent living apartments but were eventually transitioned into Bergquist assisted living when their needs increased. The staff has been so kind and patient with them. They were always clean, well fed and happy.My father in law has passed now, but my mother in law is still a resident. I appreciate Bergquist so much.

I cannot recommend Heritage/Berquist highly enough. The true standout here is the level of communication. The administration is transparent, responsive, and always puts the safety and happiness of the residents first. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will truly thrive, this is the place. My family member started out in the independent living apartments but the level of care changed. The staff was on top of it all and made the transition seamless. I am so thankful for all of the staff here!

The staff at Berguist was exceptional. They took such loving care of our mom. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable. We never heard a complaint about the meals from her and her room and laundry were kept very clean. She enjoyed the available crafts too. We cannot say enough good things about her time there

Berquist Memorial Gerry, New York. A Unique Assisted Living Apartment style homes with a one of a kind staff. My decision to place mom there was a no brainer. The staff provides medication management. With a pnsite pharmacy. Restaurant style dining room. A outside living area for bird watching, gardening or just enjoying a sunny day. The second floor has a kitchen where you can cook with your loved one or prepare a meal to enjoy with your family member. There are religious programs and activites for one to participate. The staff provides laundry service, room checks and are attentive even with just a phone call to check in on a loved one. The staff goes above and beyond all the time and even holidays. I have had the opportunity to visit several different assisted living facilities in the area, sometimes going a little further for a visit is safer for your family member and peace of mind. It is truly a family atmosphere.
