I was brought there put in my room nobody came for a long time I would push my button and it would take hour to an hour and a half for somebody to come they came at 6:00 to pick up my dinner tray ask me if I wanted to go to bed I said not yet they came at 7:00 asked me if I wanted to go to bed I said no not yet then I was left high and dry the nurse came in between 10:00 and 11:00 I told her that my catheter was really hurting and she said that she would go get some stuff and if I would get in bed she would fix it she never came back 12:30 the next day another nurse came in and fixed my catheter and at 2:00 the previous morning another aid from another Wing came down and saw me sitting in my wheelchair crying my eyes out in pain and she got me in bed and tried to make me as comfortable as she could she was a sweetheart and then she checked on me the next day and they didn't invite me to go to the dining room to eat or anything until I had family members complain and got me help this is totally unacceptable just because I was there for a rehab does not mean I'm not a person that needs help I needed help with walking and getting around but they left me high and dry and why I was transferred the age that helped me at 2:00 in the morning and checked on me the next day told me to call her Lee and I remember that because that's my middle name that's how I associated it she was very sweet and right before I was transferred I don't know her name but there was a CNA that gave me a bed bath she was very sweet and very nice a little rough around the catheter so it hurt a little bit but she got me clean and she was very nice she helped me get dressed so when they came to transfer me I was ready
