Managing Staff is very nice, helpful and kind 😊<br>On another note.... I noticed that a few street names surrounding this property do not match the names that are reflected on my Google map which is quite bizzare🤔<br>Google needs to fix this ASAP!!

Yes this property has gone down tremendously. They have a property manager by the name of Jennifer. She’s real rude and don’t care of anyone’s well being. They won’t fix anything and just bandaid it up. My mom has been in the apartments for 3 years now and she has always had an option to not have pest control come in. Since the new manager has came in she is demanding the people to spray or put drops as she calls them in her home. Mind you my mom has COPD and enphazema however you spell it. The entire apartment starts to grow mold and she called them to fix the issue and they told her to spray bleach on it and they came in and just painted over it. I asked her would she care about her mothers well being and she got quiet and said well I can show you her lease where she signed for it. I said no ma’am it’s in the lease that you are aware of them coming to spray which you do have an option to decline them coming in. She has a really smart mouth and this will cause the property to lose tenants. Other office staff has said that several people has complained on how she treats and talks to people. Poor management at its best.

This place is PATHETIC!! My Dad has lived here for over 3yrs and it has been awful! He lives in the 3rd floor & the elevators are ALWAYS BREAKING! My Dad is in a wheelchair so he depends solely on the elevator & has been STUCK in his apt for over a week! It seems to be of no urgency to the office staff!! But they took his rent payment on March 1st😡🤬I’ve called codes & compliance, the news, the VA, and the Mayors office!!! SOMETHING WILL BE DONE! If I could give them no stars I would! I pray we can find him a new place! The worse thing is to be worried about your parent’s safety and well being especially when it’s due to someone’s lack of responsibility!
