This place is fabulous, can't say enough good thinks about it. The staff and all the help are right on top of every thing & at your beck & call. They have physical& occupational therapy, speech therapy, a gym plus activities everyday. We saw a great music show today before we checked out. I am telling you if you want your loved one truly cared for in a very loving way this is the place to be.

The people here are very even though I'm here for rehab do they get me involved in the community activities of the facility they have taken me to my doctor's appointment and made sure everything was taken care of that very on top of things even the maintenance people have come into my room a couple times this week just to make sure that everything was working properly and if I needed anything the whole facility is involved in everybody's care and John one of the administrators I believe and Cynthia who does the activities think she might be the activities director are too extremely nice people when their bands could not get me to my appointment John said up and took me to make sure I got there and back they really go out of their way to make sure that everybody is taking care of they always check on you even on on the rehab side if there's ever any question are you have to do is ask they don't give you a hard time or nothing even if it's a stupid question and they're very polite and very respectful and very helpful I would definitely come back if I need to

Our experience with this facility has been concerning. Although staff we met with had some level of concern when issues were raised, there has been little confidence that anything will change.The environment is unsanitary, unsafe, and falls well below acceptable standards of care. Staff appeared inattentive, unresponsive, and lacking professionalism, which directly impacted my brother’s well-being.Based on what we have witnessed, I would strongly advise others to avoid this facility.”

We were transferred from the hospital very last minute. The staff although blindsided were all so kind. Everyone from nurses, cna's, therapists, DON, and kitchen staff have all been accommodating. The sweet girl who gave my mom a bath before we could get her bath stuff here, purchases items from bath and body works to use on residents. She was so gentle and caring. I don't remember her name, but she is exactly where she is meant to be. It takes special people to work in places like this and we truly appreciate those here.
