Horrible Place, my father was not turned properly and got bedsores on his feet because they would not get him out of bed often. He later developed them on his sacral which indicates that he sat in urine far too long and too often. Level 4 bedsores in each case. If you aren't able to get to the restroom on your own, you have to use an adult diaper. It was very degrading and my father's health declined quickly. It looks good on the surface, but there are horrors lurking within.

I very impressed the rooms were clean. When I walked in the front door I was greeted by staff. It was nice to come to a facility and no bad odors. That was the first in a long time. I have a very sensitive nose and usually I have to cut my visit short. So I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe home &for their love ones.

I went to visit a relative today since she was recently accepted as a resident at Heritage Manor West Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Shreveport. I have visited several Skilled Nursing facilities over the past 20 years in Louisiana and Texas, and I can honestly say that I was very impressed with today’s visit. The facility was beautiful, expansive, clean, and with very friendly staff. All of the resident rooms appeared to be private, clean and spacious. I can’t say enough good about Heritage Manor West Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!

My husband and I went to tour the facility with the hope of placing a family member there. Ms. Phillips was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of information. The facility was very nice and clean. Hopefully, we can get our family member into one of the facilities owned by this company.
