If your loved one can’t clean themselves or talk. Do not put them in this facility. They will lie to you and say the provide comfort in your loved ones last days . Lies I came several times my brothers dad was in pain couldn’t speak but I saw it in his facial expressions and I had to ask for him pain medicine. Why should you have to ask for pain medicine for someone dying of stage four cancer that should be common sense . This place should not be your loved ones final days. It’s awful. Horrible staff that absolutely don’t care. Full food trays left in room won’t make sure they eat. Smell like a piss amonia bomb hit you in the face when I entered his room . I wouldn’t want my worse enemy to spend their last days in this facility . Horrible

The care at this facility has really went down the drain. My dad was supposed to be there, but do to the lack of care at this particular facility he spent most of his time in WK hospital. They would nurse him back to health and he would be released back to this facility. He would be there not even a week before he's back in the hospital. Plus hes not a critical patient. Needless to say the Quality of Care at this location is the Worst I've ever seen. When you go there your not greeted by any of the staff at least act like you care, but the proof is in the amout of times the ptient are sent to the hospital. State has been called!

I’ve been a resident for nearly two months and I have no complaints. The rates for single rooms are reasonable and they do their very best to accommodate everything you need. The staff has been respectful, professional, courteous, and they take of your concerns in a very timely manner. I’m on hospice and pay for my own and it’s very nearly a hotel room, as everyone can come and go as they like. I’ve been subject to no invasive inspection of my belongings and I am given a great amount of privacy which is extremely important to me. Your loved ones will be well cared for here.
