I sadly have had a bizarre experience with Ronda Hoover, the activity director. She had me booked for the Christmas party on Sat, Dec 6 of last year since August of 2025. I had also sent a confirmation email a week prior but had not heard back so thought she may have left or not had access to that email anymore.<br><br>Upon arriving, there was another guy at the piano. I thought he may have just been finishing up until I got there, but turns out he was booked on top of me after I was already booked 4 months prior.<br><br>I was allowed to perform, but then afterwards was told to send in my invoice. I sent to all the emails available on the website since I didn't know who would receive. She did end up getting back to me from the email through which I was booked and I followed up with a week prior to the event, so made me wonder if the follow up was received but just ignored. Have not heard back since. Sadly a lot of times the entertainer will pay the price if it's disorganization on the part of the staff. Everybody makes mistakes, so if she had just said that that would have been fine, but it seems like she has just been dodging me ever since.
