I have been working with Heritage for a little over 2 years now. We operate a Non-Emergency Transportation Service through there. (AFTASS-Melissa Brown). From the first time and each time after that, the staff has always been amazing. Even though we are not part of the staff, they have treated us with the utmost respect each and every time. I have had the opportunity to work with Amanda Couve and CeeCee the entire time, they have been nothing short of Amazing. Normally the first face you see when you walk in is Joanne, since we have developed a sister and brother style relationship, she will greet me with what do you want? Then we continue to discuss my visit.<br><br>I don't have relatives there, but I have had the pleasure of meeting so many of the residents there. Every employee that is there has been professionally and properly trained and are outstanding in every way. They operate as a well oiled family there, being lead by the owners Father Peter and Mother Christina. The staff from the top to the lowest employee have always been great in every way. If you are looking for a top notch assisted living facility for a family or a loved one, please do yourself a favor and check this place out.<br><br>Over the years I have been to many facilities to include ones for my parents, and this is the type of place I would have loved for them to be if they were in the area. You can visit at any time and you will always be treated and greeted with smile, warm hellos, and just a great impression each and every time. I commend the leaders and owners for having such an amazing staff. Some things that sets this place above others is the love and compassion they have for what they do.<br><br>They treat the residents like a loved family member. Something else that sets this place above others is the amount of staff they have at all times. The staff operates as a team and they work well together. When one needs assistance, anyone will step in to lend a hand from the owners to the leaders. I took this time to write this, because this place doesn't get the recognition it deserves. To the owners and staff at Heritage Assisted Living, you guys are amazing. My dad is living there. He doesn't hand out compliments easily. The staff, all the staff treat everyone with love and compassion. I've seen it forrest hand. I feel a great deal of comfort knowing he's well taken care of. The food they serve is excellent. They mix it up so they don't eat the same things week to week. They're food is amazing! I eat there when I come to visit and have not been disappointed once. The owners and their children play an active role with the residents and is obvious how much they love and care for them.

This is home away from home for my husband. I transferred him here after 4 years from a different facility where we experienced sub standard care. First thing that stood out is the cleanliness of this facility, whose appearance is more like a resort than an institution. The love the staffers provide these residents is extraordinary. Anyone can be found taking care of the residents, from the owners, directors etc…. The food is “real” food, not pre frozen and re heated like other facilities. Mostly they are properly staffed in order to be able to tend to anyone’s needs. Our family is grateful for such a safe, loving place. Thank you!!!!

My father has been living at Heritage Creek, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about the experience. From the very beginning, we’ve felt confident that he is in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. One of the biggest surprises has been the food — it’s absolutely incredible. The meals are not only nutritious but also genuinely enjoyable, which has made such a difference in my father’s daily life. I especially want to recognize Amanda Couve, the director. She has done an outstanding job taking care of my father and making sure he has everything he needs. Amanda is attentive, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and their families. Knowing she is there gives me tremendous peace of mind. I am so grateful for the team at Heritage Creek and the exceptional leadership Amanda provides. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living for their loved one.

Heritage Creek is a wonderful and welcoming community. It is apparent that the entire team truly knows and loves the residents there like family. The director Amanda is personally involved with everyone and makes it a point to reach out to family members and ensure that everyone gets the upmost care. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful assisted living.
