Worst company ever to work for. Getting paid on time is ridiculous! The problem with this company is that nobody talks to each other in this company. You’ll speak to one person and they’ll say one thing then you speak to someone else and they’ll say something completely different! This company took 3 and a half months to get me on the payroll. It was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced. I lost my bank account because this company took so long to get me on the books that I wasn’t getting direct deposit and I had no other money coming in so I over drafted 3 months of fees due to lack of direct deposit my account got closed. I have a 2 thousand dollar hospital bill due to having to get a chest xray to clear that I don’t have TB because theres no way to get a referral from them for the chest xray. The only way to get it was literally going to the er to do it. I’ve had to jump thru so many hoops just to start working here and EVERY SINGLE week they short me hours and by short me I mean they just never pay for it.. my punches will show say 31.5 hours and I’ll only get paid for the 31 hours. .. 15minutes here 30 minutes there.. I know it’s not a lot of money to them but I worked that I need my money. They also short you entire days even though they can see you punched in and out and were on the premises unless it’s verified by the client you won’t get paid! What’s the point of the GPS location clock in and out system then! They advertise starting pay of atleast 13$ but that’s a lie also! They started everyone I know in their company at 11$ including myself .. not 13$thy advertise even though I had a couple years experience doing this.. trying to use your pto is a joke! I have yet to get a correct paycheck since they finally got me on the books back in November. If that tells you anything. It’s never their fault btw it’s always the clients fault that your paycheck is messed up. They never take accountability! I hit my 500 hours to get my sign on bonus weeks ago and still haven’t gotten that bonus! Do not work for this company! run in the other direction! i just feel bad for the clients that they have. It’s not the clients fault the company is a piece of garbage! The clients are wonderful! they deserve better! This place is a freaking joke!
