I tried calling for information but before I could ask a question the girl I was speaking to named Jesse cut me off and said "I can't answer that" I literally only said "Is that" and she cut me off. I wanted to know if I needed to speak with the dept of aging or my mother's insurance company.... Didn't even get to ask.
