There are quite a few truly caring staff members at this facility. They treat the residents with compassion and the family members who visit them as well. I admire their professionalism and kindness in such a challenging work environment. However, the service those staff members provide could not overcome some concerning shortcomings I witnessed over the few years my parents lived at this facility. Keeping the room tidy and neat was always challenging as medical supplies, linens, and undergarments were often placed haphazardly around the room, which is unfortunate as many of the residents are not able to clean/organize their space on their own. When my mother's TV went out, it took over 2 weeks to get it replaced. Again, frustrating as sometimes watching TV may be the highlight of the resident's day. Meals were generally tasty, although my mother, who was vegetarian, was repeatedly served a plateful of meat. The staff was great about calling after a fall to a provide a status update, but beyond that I found the communication around my parents' health to be lacking, especially as they deteriorated. There was an incident when I arrived to find my mother so gravely ill that I had to alert the nurses to send her to the ER. Even the ER staff were appalled at her condition. I hope the management will work on these opportunities and take better care of those who cannot advocate for themselves.

My mom was in there for therapy to get her strength back and start walking again. They sent her to hospital because they said her potassium was way off she gets to hospital and they wondered why she was at hospital because her potassium wasn't off, that was on a Friday and then she goes back to nursing home and some now she started declining not sure how when she wasn't even sick. She ended up need oxygen she made it through weekend and Monday comes around my Aunt and brother went to visit her and her oxygen machine wasn't even on for her to use and she wasn't able to get up out of bed to turn it off and she passed away Monday February 9th 2026. Ohh and they didn't even call her kids to let anybody know she was going to hospital that Friday. Please please do your research. She wasn't the only one that passed away unexpectedly that day. Few of the nurses was very sweet and therapy was good to her. Ohhh I did forget she had to find a way back to the nursing home that Friday because nursing home wouldn't pick her up and ambulance isn't able to transfer back

I wanted to like this facility and hoped it would be a good place for my father's rehab, but it was not. My father was admitted ---while also finishing a 6-day course of antibiotics for an infection---from the hospital to get rehab for strength and mobility. After the antibiotics ended, no follow-up or testing was done---it was "ordered" and told us the blood work would be done, but it was never carried out. Nearly 2 weeks later, he was so sick, I had them call 911 and he went into cardiac arrest immediately in the ER due to the infections and the "deadly rhythms" they put on his heart. He died in the hospital shortly after. There were also serious care failures. One night, he was never put into his bed and slept all night in the chair---no one ever answered his call button he told us the next day. He got some decent rehab---he did NOT get the medical attention. I share this so other families carefully consider medical oversight and responsiveness when choosing this facility. I really wanted to like this place; the one plus was the social worker who was there to help me through the steps or working with the insurance; she was helpful and friendly and communicated well.

Therapy department is great. Otherwise, not a good experience with office staff. Dishonest and withholding of information/funds. Tried to communicate many different times via phone, Email, and an in person meeting- still not able to resolve any of the issues.
