After months of pretty good home health care service (July 2019 thru August 2019), tried to get in touch with them a few years later for help on an old "case" as to initial service and end of service. Doctor inquires forced them to never, repeat never, return calls. Now their phone number gives nothing but a fast busy. Heck the two "nurses" who helped changed their cell numbers. Go figure.

As soon as they find any reason to cancel their service they will abandon you with no warning. Best advice I could give you is to look for a company who cares about you, your family, and your time, BTW they do not care how late or early they come, and they are extremely rude and rush you when you express your concerns. You can do better trust me.

I absolutely can not express my gratitude enough for Quintasha and Gwen. They were instrumental in the recovery after husbands back surgery. Those ladies were the only two who came when they said they were and were punctual, caring, compassionate, kind, funny, smart and all around an asset to this company.
