My experience with Heart to Heart Home care agency was very rewarding. Their PCA training program was both effective and informative. I enjoyed everything I learnt and gained some really helpful knowledge, I would definitely recommend Heart to Heart to anyone who is interested in health care or educational services.

Coming into this class was one of the best things I did . I love how the instructors gave us all the information we need to becoming successful PCA’S . Everything we learned will help us grow with our clients and make their everyday living a breeze!

I had a really good and fun experience here at heart to heart . I love how convenient the process was and how straight forward and easy it was to submit all physicals and paperwork in order to start training . The training is completely free all you need is proof of identification, drug screening and some more personal paperwork and you ready to go . The classes only last a week and half but you also learn a lot as well in a short period of time . The instructor/nurse Ms Monique was the best. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly and made sure everybody in class understood all the material she taught . Most of the things that’s taught is basic common sense anyway but it’s still crucial and new knowledge into your health care career/journey. Heart to heart is a stepping stone for me into the rest of my nursing/healthcare journey and I’m beyond grateful that I was given a opportunity working with heart to heart and helping me find my footing into the healthcare field . If you’re looking for free training and a HHA/PCA job right after , definitely come to heart to heart . The workers, nurses, and classmates were all pleasant and wonderful to meet and learn with . Thank you heart to heart ❤️

HEART TO HEART is a great agency our nurse Ms. Monique is truly one of a kind. From day one, she makes you feel comfortable even if you come in shy and nervous, you won’t stay that way for long 😂. She knows how to break the ice and make everyone feel welcome. She is so patient, kind, and genuinely sweet, ❤️❤️ and she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. She doesn’t rush, she doesn’t judge, and she really wants everyone to understand and pass. You can tell she truly cares about her students. I learned so much from her class and I’m very grateful to have had her as my HHA instructor. If you get Ms. Monique, you’re lucky! I truly recommend this place and it’s FREE TRAINING ❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience at this training program. Nurse Monique is an incredible teacher—she explains everything so clearly and effortlessly that learning feels easy. The way she teaches truly prepares you, and the tests feel manageable because she makes sure you understand the material, not just memorize it. Melo is just as amazing—so sweet, welcoming, and supportive. She really creates a comfortable, at-home environment and makes the entire experience even better. Together, they make the class feel like a family. I feel confident, motivated, and genuinely excited to dive into this field. I’m so grateful I chose this program.
