I just want to say thank you to all of the employees at Health Care Solutions, my mom has her home oxygen and bipap with them and they were amazing to her. She loved everyone there, they were like family to her. Anytime she needed anything they would be there so quickly and without question. Being a case manager myself, I personally know how difficult it can be working with DME/Oxygen companies, but they are truly amazing and made my mom feel like she mattered and they listened to her. They were like family! Thank you all so very much on behalf of Marilyn Reott!

My view of HCS used to be good. However, my view of this company has changed over the last many months. They used to call me monthly and they put in a great effort. Now they never call me. I always have to call them and it just took me 3 weeks to get a hose for me sleep machine. Very annoying! HCS blamed my doctor everytime for the problem and I had to make 14 phone calls over the last 2 weeks between HCS and my doctor. I never had any problems working with my doctor and getting sleep equipment in the last 20 years. So I know HCS is the problem. I might leave them soon and find a better sleep equipment company. 1 star out of 5. I'm not a fan of HCS anymore. They were good in the beginning but it seems like the phone operators dont know what they are doing whatsoever. I've talked to countless people trying to resolve this solution with HCS. Thankfully my doctors office were the ones to resolve the issue. I'm already looking for a new company and I'm planning to leave HCS. I will say that HCS is better than Medcare though but thats not saying much. I think I might be moving to Rezk out of Monroeville soon. In my expierence, I'd say beware of HCS and Medcare. They both have poor customer service. Hopefully Rezk doesn't suck as bad as HCS and Medcare. I wasted so much time making 14 phone calls over the last 3 weeks trying to get a hose. That is unacceptable.

Everyone at Healthcare Solutions at Home has, since day one, always taken great care of me, from having supplies delivered to repairing any equipment issues. All the while remaining the friendliest and most compassionate people you will ever meet. Can’t praise them enough!
