This agency is the best we have dealt with to date. They helped us navigate the mess in the nursing home prior to mom discharge. They were on top of everything as if they were part of our family. We had 4 caregivers doing longer shifts and each one of those caregivers was great with mom . If I could give them more than 5 stars I would have.

I used Health Advocates when we needed someone to help with my Dad after being discharged from rehab. The staff was amazing. The nurses helped every step of the way. They had a meeting with the rehab discharge planner. Made sure the house is ready for Dad and most importantly they matched Dad to a wonderful caregiver. Nancy is kind, gentle and she had so much in common with us that she was instantly part of the family. I don't know what we would have done without Health Advocates.
