A++++ Absolutely the best! Home Health Nursing provides exceptional service with a staff that’s knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly compassionate. I could not ask for better care! On Sunday, 07/05 at 7:30 am, I was in bad shape and in a lot of pain. The nurse arrived quickly, showed such compassion, and guided me through every step. I’m so thankful for her and the entire nursing team.

We are so grateful for the care my mom received from Healing Hands throughout her journey with bulbar ALS. She began with their home health services and, when the time came, transitioned into hospice care. At every stage, we felt supported and cared for. Every nurse who stepped into our home throughout our time with this company showed such kindness, skill, and compassion. Her home health nurse, Victoria, was truly a blessing. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable, well cared for, and always treated with dignity. She took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything, answered all of our questions with patience, and made us feel like we weren’t alone in this journey. Her warmth and professionalism brought so much peace into our home. My mom just loved her visits. She not only cared for my mom’s physical comfort but also supported our family emotionally. When my mom entered hospice, Sarah became her nurse, and she was equally extraordinary. Sarah provided the most compassionate care during some of the hardest days. She was gentle, attentive, and always available when we needed her. At the time of my mom’s passing, Sarah’s presence meant more than words can express. She guided us with such grace, ensured my mom was peaceful, and gave us reassurance when we needed it most. Her calm, compassionate spirit brought us comfort in the midst of heartbreak, and we will forever be grateful for the way she helped us through that sacred moment. The social worker, Kayla, was kind and supportive, checking in and guiding us with compassion. The chaplain, Donny, was such a gift—he came to our home, sang gospel songs while playing guitar, and brought light and joy to my mom in a way that words can’t fully capture. I cannot thank Healing Hands enough for the incredible team of people who cared for my mom. Victoria and Sarah, especially, will always hold a special place in our hearts. The love, respect, and compassion they showed my mom and our family will never be forgotten.

I love these ladies at Healing hands! My grandmother who lived in Wichita Falls by herself until the age of 91, took a devastating fall in Jan and broke her hip. After surgery was suggested by United regional doctors to repair the hip fracture, we left the hospital on hospice care with Healing hands. She was a patient’s with them for a few years prior to this fall with their home health care visits. She was diagnosed with vascular dementia in November of last year and once the fall happened she went down hill fast. Nurse Kaylee and Nurse Megan were absolutely extraordinary in helping me determine what the next step in care was for her since I did not live in Wichita Falls. My grandmother loved Christine, Kaylee, Megan and so many more! Lorena was pivotal in helping me find a care facility to fit her needs. I was the sole person left to care for my grandmother and found this company to be an absolute blessing in guidance when I felt so alone. I am truly grateful that Healing Hands was with us when she and I both needed them. Thank you ladies for all the care and love you put into people! You all are doing an exceptional service! Thank you!

My mom started on the home health side of Healing Hands after being hospitalized in July. Lauren was her main nurse and was absolutely wonderful. After a few months we found out mom had a terminal illness and was in the end stages. We switched over to the hospice side and not only did Lauren follow my mom's case through but we also had another hospice nurse, Bailey, who was also amazing. We ended up needing quite a few other teams members as well and there was not one nurse or aide who did not do everything they could for my mom to keep her as comfortable and as at ease as possible. They are all fabulous and will forever be heroes to me!!
