Save your loved ones!! Pull them out of this building now!! It is run down and dirty. It smells like poop everywhere. The large lady who, I think "runs the building", is never around. She talks down to me whenever I am in there with me family member. My fmaily member is being neglected and I an trying to pull her out of there. I am nervous to even write this because my family member have received retaliation for complaining before. there are two CNAs katelin and a girl named jenifer who are the worst. They talk down to my family member and leave her in her poop and pee because;s they don't like her. My family member told me that jennifer pushes her too hard down the hall way and tells her she should stay in her room. Don't bring your fmaily; here.

Our mother recently moved into Hazel Dell Assisted Living. The staff has been wonderful in the transition as my mom moved in. They helped us to get her settled in her room and quickly started to manage her medications. On her first day, the nurse was in right away to check her vitals and make sure she was comfortable. The kitchen chef has been accommodating and making sure Mom enjoys healthy meals. We appreciate the support we received from the director in helping us manage this transition. After every visit, we say the same thing “the staff are so friendly” they go above and beyond our expectations!

I enjoy getting to know the residents, care plans are accessible to employees, team oriented company. The activity coordinator is amazing and always has something planned for the residents,the chefs make amazing meals and get the residents involved with seeing what they would like to add to the menus, this facility is person centered care. Staff are friendly and management is friendly and easy to talk to with any concerns or questions you may have. They are flexible with your schedule.

Prestige assisted living in hazeldel staff is just full of caring professionals. It might be understaffed right now, but the people there are hard working and doing the best with what they have. My dad who lived there for over a year was always treated with respect and concern for his needs. They have also gave me wise advice when his life was ending gradually. My dad was very strong willed and they always respected his decisions even when it hurt him in the long run. I can't say enough how good all the staff is. I am very grateful they took my dad in.

My mother Barbara stayed at prestige for the last 13 months of her life, during this time the staff did an amazing job of showing her care, assisting her when needed. and making her feel wanted ,valued and at ease about living on her own. She had nothing but positive things to say when i talked to her, and we were always impressed with how friendly and caring the staff was to her. She called everyone at prestige her second family : ) Our family will always be thankful to the staff, and residents at prestige.
