The staff did an exceptional job in caring for my loved one. Celeste, Crystal and Minerva are a few names to mention. They were a ray of sunshine. The physical therapist were just amazing as well. There are too many names to list. Thank you for your care everyone!

Absolutely love the vibe here! The staff are caring, attentive, and treat patients with genuine compassion and respect. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and feels like a true community. You can tell everyone goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. While we hope we won't need skilled nursing care again, but if we ever do, this will be our first choice.

The place is awesome. The place is clean smells all the employees and faculty staff are awesome friendly they keep the residence happy Always have lots of activities for the residents-they go beyond. it’s the best in San Marcos, Texas come and check it out for yourself

Hays Nursing and Rehab Center endeavors to provide an attentive and positive experience every day to its senior residents. My elderly relative has enjoyed her stay there and only has good things to say about the facility. The only reason 4/5 stars was there was no landline telephone connection available at bed side, but with almost everyone now having a cell phone, landlines these days are likely fewer.

Hays Nursing and Rehabilitation Center truly stands out for the compassion and professionalism of its staff. From the nursing team to the support staff, everyone is attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which brings a lot of peace of my to our family. The nurses and caregivers took the time to listen, communicate, and treated my family with respect. It’s clear that patient care and comfort are top priorities here. Therapy and rehabilitation services are thoughtfully provided, and residents are encouraged and supported every step of the way. I would recommend it to anyone looking for long-term care or rehabilitation for their loved one.
