The staff is always welcoming and they do everything they can to accommodate their residents. Faith at the front desk always has a smile on her face.

The nurse working Saturday night refused to give me my muscle relaxant (an on-demand medication). He swore I didn't have a prescription for it, accused me of just looking for pills, and called me a blatant liar. Later, I rang the call bell because I needed my blankets adjusted; the same rotund short Hispanic woman came to my room and said in a mocking tone, "Wow, you call for just about anything!" ii swear they make my weekend horrible i can’t move. Then, without turning off the light, she returned asking what I needed; but before I could explain, she walked away. I hate weekends here; red the place turns into a circus. No matter how much they mess up, they always end up blaming you and accusing you of being a slacker. it’s getting unbearable on weekends

The facility didn't smell it does at similar places, there was a pleasant smell and the staff were attentive to our request and needs for our blind dad. Lillian and Zoe were very helpful and courteous on my first visit. Thank you very much.
