As a hospice provider, I spend a great deal of time in nursing facilities, and Cypress consistently stands out. One of my favorite things about Cypress is knowing that every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is always clean, and the team provides exceptional, compassionate care to its residents.<br><br>When choosing a nursing home, quality of life is one of the most important factors, and it’s evident that the residents at Cypress are truly thriving.

This facility has been a blessing for my brother and us. The staff is so caring; always going out of their way to give the best care possible to my brother.<br>Management has worked with me by listening and taking care of any concerns that I’ve had. I can’t say enough good things about Dora and Cindy in the 400 Wing. They are two angels on earth.<br>Diego, our nurse, is always here to lend an ear and consult with me when I have questions. He’s not only knowledgeable but very patient.<br>We are so glad we came to Cypress and I’d recommend them for your loved ones.

I was here for post stroke rehab. Mitzi and all rehab staff do incredible work! I can't thank them enough. No one was able to find a way to make me comfortable with my cold hands and feet from reynaud syndrome. I noticed everyone stays calm and professional even when being verbally abused by patients.

Amazing team of compassionate caregivers! My father has been at Cypress for the last 3 months with dementia and mobility issues. We were extremely nervous having Dad in a skilled nursing facility. I walked into Cypress and from our first meeting, my fears were at ease. The administration was caring and transparent. When Dad arrived the staff was immediately available and caring. Over the last 3 months we have not had anyone interact with Dad without patience, caring, and light hearted humor. They are respectful and treat us like family. Most of my family is in the medical field so competence is important. The physicians, nurses, PT, OT, and Speech have been over the top amazing. They dont just go through the motions, they adapt to work with what Dad needs and communicate well with us. The maintenance, food service and housekeeping team are great and obviously take pride in their work. They complete needs before we can even ask. We have not encountered 1 employee there that wasnt an absolute blessing. I cant say that about any other hospital, rehab, or memory care we have experienced. Cypress is special. The overall culture is one of compassion and a genuine joy for taking care of their residents. We were even able to throw a 50 year marriage vow renewal at the facility. The staff helped Dad dress in a suit and teared up when they told him how handsome he looked, with genuine interest in his moment of joy. They provided the room, tsbles, and chairs so we could make it feel like a real wedding aisle and all. It allowed Dad the opportunity to share a special moment with family and friends. The facility was excited to help made it easy for is. I would give anything to have my father well enough to be home, but Cypress makes it feel like home. I cannot express enough how grateful my family is for such a warm, competent, and well managed facility.
