I have been very happy with my experience at Harmony Waterloo. The staff are kind, caring, and always willing to help. I feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home here. Thank you to everyone who makes this such a great place to live.

The nursing staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and the therapy team is very professional and challenging. I would not be where i am today without them. From what i have seen and ecountered the residents are very happy being here. I would recommend Harmony Waterloo to friends and family if they were ever needing skilled care.

Harmony waterloo is a great place for loved ones to go to if they are in need of skilled therapy or long term care. The staff at Harmony are very nice and welcoming right when you walk into the door. Their facility smells nice and is always clean. If there is ever a problem they fix it right away to make the residents as well as family members happy.

Harmony Waterloo is a great place to live if you are needing long term care or skilled care. The staff here are great and always meet my needs - they treat me like family. The food here is great and provide me with a variety of different foods to choose from. I would recommend this facility to others when they need it.

My aunt had a bad stroke and was very upset and confused at the hospital but the staff at Harmony accepted her here and worked with her and she's been very comfortable and much more calm and pleasant here. She likes her meals and the staff, she has communication troubles now and she still visits with them and they are patient and let her talk in her own time and it makes her comfortable. The staff are always friendly and have no troubles filling us in on her days or taking my mother's calls from out of town to check on my aunt, they'll get her for the call so she can visit with mom or they'll call me for her if she wants to call me. She likes going outside to see the flowers and staff has even just messaged me that she's out visiting them. I'm very happy with Harmony.
