The staff seems intent on providing attentive personal care. They show a personal interest in our father and the care that he needs. The facility seems very well-kept and attractive. It has a very nice central courtyard that he enjoys.<br>The food options appeal to him as well. They also offer lots of programs and optional activities.

This facility is conveniently located and was very clean. I have two friends who are here and both seem to appreciate facility very much.

On June 25,2024 a cousin and I went to Waterford Senior Living to visit a friend. The building and grounds are immaculate. They even have screened porches for people to sit in so they don't have to worry about mosquitos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Instead of just pointing the direction of our friends room ,they took us to her room. Thanks to the staff for making Waterford Senior Living a nice place to live for our family and friends. My Mother has been with WSL since Aug.2020 - first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care. Both areas have been a true blessing for us. The care she receives is more than I could ever provide. The staff is very attentive to her needs and keeps me well informed of any thing going on. In addition they have helped me through the transition. They freely answer questions. Zoom sessions twice a week have been set up. Just an amazing place!
