I been working as a caregiver for comfort keepers since February. I love my clients and the office staff works hard at working with their employees to accommodate their needs. They try their best at helping employees and clients!

If I could give them no stars, I would. This is a terrible company, rude Sales people that do not call you back. Rude person who answers the phone and is very unhelpful. They actually send people to my house without letting me know in advance. Finally, because of their rudeness, I Told them not to come back and they said I couldn’t have my deposit back because I canceled my service. All I can say is karma. Don’t waste your time with them and use another company. Make sure you do your research when it comes to the care of your loved one.

My husband was hired back and looked forward to caring for a variety of clients, as an experienced caregiver and army veteran. However, he was given only 2 clients...2 clients to clean their homes. When asked why he never did personal cares, he was never given the opportunity. When he asked why he was never given the opportunity, it was because he was male. As an experienced certified nursing assistant and caregiver, I have worked with people of all genders who do very good work. This is a very sexist unacceptable attitude. Your business practices should be seriously questioned.

Can not say enough about the this company. Having used other companies to help with my father, Comfort Keepers has been outstanding in his and my families care. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs, are on time/early to assignment, friendly and hard working. They work with you,. Our team of caregivers 1 weekdays and 2 different ones on Saturdays have been godsends to us. They work on finding a fit for your needs and loved ones. All of caregivers that have been to our home with this service not only did tasks and care within the care plan as defined but did the small things that needed done without being asked. If the trash can was full, it was taken out, dusting, folding a load laundry etc. It may seem trivial to some but if your doing care for loved one mostly on your own, the small stuff matters. You need to communicate 2 weeks to cancel, but can usual add time within that. They make an effort to meet your needs.
