This is a very clean facility very organized and excellent employees. My cousin was there for two years and I was very happy with the services they gave him and they always keep me posted on everything that went on especially when I wasn’t able to get up there after some surgery. I would highly recommend it for a loved one. It was a wonderful experience for My cousin and myself. And I probably went through four or five different places before I finally got to this one and chose this one. Excellent staff, Excellent care, And always kept me posted if I could not be up there.

When placing a loved one in an Assisted Living or Memory Care comes with it's own challenges. I experienced such a challenge in Oct of 2023. I was in need of finding a CBRF for my loved one with specific requirements. I toured The Villa of Greenfield and was greeted by Stephanie (Administrator) who was delightful and very informative. Her warmth and sincerity only made my search that much easier. I knew almost immediately I found the right place. She answered all my questions and was able to make the move happen within the time frame I needed. My forever gratitude goes to the entire staff who relentlessly chooses freely to go above and beyond 24/7

I have a brother that is in this facility. The staff members are always very nice, the place is very clean and they take pride to make sure the tenants are very well taken care of. My brother loves that they have a couple days a week bingo and wi fi so he can watch his shows. He was upset when he moved in that he couldn't take his cat with him, then got excited to fi d out that they have a house cat,now the house cat sleeps with him and plays with him. He tells me all the time how much he likes being there. Family member of Mr Teriaca that you for taking care of him

My brother came from a year in a nursing home to Villa of Greenfield. Of course he was use to a lot of attention being he had spent a year in nursing home care. The minute my family walked in with him we were greeted by lots of windows and sunlight. Laughter came from the main hall as the residents were playing bingo, they play twice a week. I now join him and his new friends to play bingo. I’ve also attended their spiritual time with a Pastor, it was very nice. His room was bright with a nice big window too. He can open it on a nice day for fresh air if he chooses . He has a great roommate and they have become like smart-aleck boys. Food is great, l’ve watch the chef preparing it many times , it always smells so good. Now, after a year of nursing home attention it took some getting use to asking when he needed help. The staff have been great about checking on him to make sure he is doing well and has whatever he needs. I would and have recommended Villa of Greenfield to my friends who are looking for a good care home for family members.

My mom was a resident here and could not speak more highly of the genuine care she received. I am not saying this place is perfect, but the staff do a GREAT job doing a job not most of us would do. My mom was treated like family, the personal connection this team makes to make residents feel like they are being taken care of by family is amazing and I am beyond grateful to each and every one who took the time to treat mom like family. From the homemade food to the cookouts this team cares. The house may not always be pristine, but neither is mine it mattered more to me the caring people who took care of her day in and day out. Placing your loved ones somewhere is a hard decision, this place made that decision worth it!
