This company is unprofessional.the lady that works there her name is Kelly she don't know how to to people if you try to correct her she get mad in try to make a seeing. She treated me so bad where I was devastated.i only got pay one time it wasn't the full amount if you make a mistake she want bother to help you fix it basically she want evening pay you for it.she in charge of there payroll.she literally just told me if the person i was caring for don't sign my time sheet I want get pay I evening asked can I speak to someone other than you she told me know I not giving you the number she a big lair I work for nothing not even getting paid for it.she don't care about the people that need pcw them people need the help

The staff at this facility is consistently rude and unprofessional. They rarely provide answers and seem disinclined to address questions or concerns. I have left at least three voicemails for the office manager but have not received a response. It's disappointing that an organization like this is so unreliable and unhelpful. Although they claim to prioritize support for those in need, their actions suggest otherwise. This agency is meant to coordinate care for vulnerable populations in our society, yet they seem indifferent to their well-being. I would not recommend their services.

Kelly is really unprofessional and rude if any one know how to get in touch with the owner please report to this post she treat clients and staff horrible I recorded her several times I just ask her questions about my mom health she get confrontational..this is not the field for her she has no compassion for human health I want her boss to hear these conversations

I love this place they take good care of their clients. I can call and ask questions and get the answers that I need with no problems.
