Don’t get me wrong but since she got there has been not improvement at alll, now she is in a lot of pain, she got worse than better . Now that the insurance has been approved hopefully things will get better. Nothing personal just get your self in my place would you like that for your MOTHER? I hope not. So please improve the well care of your residents. Thanks.
Again this is not personal just take this as a reference not a complaint. Again thanks for the help.
Ricardo Castro.

There is nothing more important than the staff when you need special care, and Harmony Healthcare excels here. From the cleaning staff (who keep the place extra clean) to the nurses (who display extra compassion,) and all of the other team members, everyone seems to pitch in and work together here.
Harmony also makes daily life a bit fun and easy. Having extra staff help with meal time, conducting fun social activities and having a great therapy team all contribute to making a stay here more pleasant than anyone would expect.
(Added 7/18/26)

Lou and the kitchen staff do their best to provide us with good and nutritious meals three times a day. Sometimes they out do themselves. They are always attentive to our needs.

I would always like to comment on administrator her she is such a nicest person I ever met and so is her mother Corina Perez they go out of their way to help people in any way they can they take their time and help as much as they can. They're the sweetest people I've ever met that takes time to accommodate all your needs. They are nice, polite, very respectful and considered of other people. If it wasn't for them I don't think I couldn't make made it through all this.
