Harmony is a great place to be! They take care of everything from health concerns to helping with therapies. The staff are very good and one of the best groups of individuals around, particularly Aaron and Mabel! The therapy staff are the best around as well as the management team. I have no complaints!

If you care about your loved ones, don’t send them here. Especially if they are still mobile. My Mom couldn’t stand being there. She is now happy at Luther Manor at Hillcrest. She was only at Harmony a month and a half and when she first got there, the nice lady who was in charge at the time, now she’s gone, went over how much she receives in social security and how much I would pay out of that for her to be there which was amount she received minus $50 allowance and minus Medicare and whatever else they said she could pay and they get the rest, which they have received that amount twice but yet have continued to send me bills saying I still owe them $680. I paid them what they said I was supposed to for 2 months even though she was only there a month and a half. If anything, they should send half of that second month to Luther Manor. They did a full evaluation of my mom before she got accepted to go to Harmony and after I paid the second payment, they called me into the office to tell me they can’t keep her so I had to find a new place for her. I was not very happy considering they evaluated her ahead of time and decided that they could care for her, but as soon as the previous lady in charge quit, they quit my mom.

I think Harmony is a great place to be when you need skilled nursing or any other kind of nursing. They are very helpful very nice and friendly. I had no problems with the staff or getting transportation to my doctor's office appointments. The girls in physical therapy are awesome.

Promedica is the best skilled nursing rehab that I've been too. The food is great and therapy department is top notch. The therapist Jill, Meg, Pam, Barb Brandy, Kayla and Jerry are all amazing. They have a way of making you push further which I needed too return home. The staff are very good and take good care of you. I have found friends with other residents and really enjoyed my stay. The administration team have been very welcoming and helpful. Alyssa did great with my discharge planning and Jill was so nice in the business office! The nurses are very caring and take wonderful care of you! I would highly recommend ProMedica because of the rehab and how family life they are here!

The food is absolutely delicious and kitchen staff are super! Physical and occupational therapists are fantastic and always ready to help you in any way that they can. I could of not picked a better place to rehab from my hip replacement and would recommend Manor Care to anyone.
