Visit your relatives and friends here often, walk around the place, and be present during a meal (breakfast especially) in the dining room when you can. This place used to be bright, shiny and safe to walk. It is now to dim, dingy and crowded in the hallways. It has a disorded stop/go time-management vibe, no real structure or flow seems present. Residents don't seem to get enough time to eat, way to many plates of food barely eaten or not eaten at all. I saw a woman brought into the dining room in a wheelchair in some kind of bottoms that looked like underwear, totally bare skin up to you-know-where, upper thighs totally exposed. I couldn't believe that happened!!! Ennoble was a great place a while ago. I addressed Jayme and another woman about concerns, went back about 15 seconds later about another concern and walked in on them laughing about me. They froze silent upon seeing me, well...Jayme's eyes were too big to blink. I saw through the lost in space veneer very quick, like yesterday, thank goodness. Tip: When you and your employee's are referencing "The State" every 5 minutes it's a huge red flag 🚩 about a facilities dysfunctional management.

Brought Mom her for rehabilitation after a fall snd surgery. The staff is top notch, the care has been wonderful. I highly recommend Ennoble as a place you can trust to take great care of your loved ones and do a stellar job of getting them back on their feet.

This facility used to have an amazing administrator. A few months ago they got a new administrator who does NOT care for the residents. I visit my family member about once a week for the past how many years and the changes I’ve seen are disgusting. This woman has sent out residents she considers “problems” and has done everything in her power to ruin this facility. Ennoble used to be a place I would reccomend anyone to send their loved ones and now it’s the last place on my list until they get a new administrator. Jayme you should be ashamed of yourself. I’ve spoken to your staff and your old staff at specialty care and I promise you no one has ever been a fan of you and I truly hope karma gets you for your selfishness and lack of care one of these days.

Significant changes in behavior, demeanor, eating habits, energy should elicit alarm bells within staff. Even when after I alert staff and Head of Nurshing with my concerns it took too long for additional care and steps to be taken to ensure patient health and safety. About 3 weeks ago I noticed my aunt hallucinating, this has never happened while I’ve known her. It was essentially blown off. I suggested she may have a UTI; it took days to week to medically followup & check for a UTI. She has been hospitalized for not eating since the 26th of June (but was not sent to the ER until the second of July after being completely inaudible, word salad. She nearly died, until she was given a feeding tube a few days after admission, Ennoble did not accurately present her baseline to the hospital. Days later, I had to advocate hard to show my aunt as able to speak and direct herself when not cursed with a UTi or metabolic encephalopathy. They finally administered a feeding tube and this alone did wonders! She’s being admitted into another nursing home today and even though I have been activated as her POA (while she was unconscious during her hospital stay), the social worker said she only missed one question which was to r day of the week. So we agreed, she’s able to sign for herself. Also, 3 months ago, my aunt was at a doctor’s appointment where I met her, as I usually do. I could see she was pale and sleepy (which is entirely not like her). Ennoble put her on the bus to make her monthly doctor appointment but did not know she had a 101.2 fever, which I find outstanding given that when my aunt is awake she is alert & engaging all day when not napping. Here she was pale & very very sleepy. I walked / wheeled my aunt in her wheelchair over to the ER right after her doctor’s appointment. Sure enough, she had a fever, an UTI & and a sinus infection. Otherwise, I enjoy the staff. I believe the staff have big hearts and lots of genuine care and concern. I’m not sure why or how such big health issues were missed but I put them squarely with the nursing department of the faculty.

Great staff Pleasant Asking if they could help find the person we were there to visit Made sure he was up and able to have a visitor. Let us know when he was ready and what room he was in. Very respectful of the patient.
