Andrew was exceptional from the Sales Office as he guided my wife and me on a tour today at Harmony West Shore. The facility has all the amenities we could ever want. The movie theatre is great and the daily exercise opportunity is inviting. The rooms looked great. We really liked the two bedroom size with walk in closet.

The name says it all! How can you not want to live here with a name like Harmony.<br>Last month my husband Richard and I moved from Canandaigua, NY to PA to be close to family. We wished we had done it sooner.<br>From the moment we walked in the front door to the beautiful welcoming lobby I felt like it was destined to be our home.<br>The comforting and welcome guidance given to us by Andrew the sales manager, Jean and George at the front concierge desk. Always helpful with our many questions. Percy in maintenance willing to fix anything that may need attention. We are thankful for Eric who is here for any and all of us. He can provide transportation needs and gives generously to those who need extra special attention.<br>We have seen a true family of residents who are kind and have made Harmony the place they are happy to call home.<br><br>We toured several facilities before making our decision on Harmony. There was no comparission.. So truthfully, there really was not any other decision to make.<br><br>Entering the front lobby was like entering a beautiful hotel. The feeling of light, openness, clean and beautifully decorated. Soothing music floating thru the air from an antique radio and fresh fruit with cold or hot drinks on a nearby table only added to the welcoming touch.<br>When you see a wall of Veterans pictures being displayed as Harmony Wall of Honor you know you are truly in a respected environment.<br><br>The rooms are so spacious and offer large closet space. The balconies offer a wonderful extension to the living space. Our glass enclosed balcony has become our favorite spot to relax looking at the mountains and so anxious to see the panorama of fall colors out those windows appearing soon.<br><br>And where would we be without delicious food and good nutrition? We cannot praise enough the dining facility for especially the most amazing delicious soup every evening before we start the delicious dinner. Always so many choices to pick from salad, fruit, always the regular menu plus a daily special and an alternative. We cannot give the kitchen and dining room staff enough praise for all they do to make our meals delicious and enjoyable.<br><br>The choices of activities are wide and varied. No one has any reason to be sitting in their rooms watching tv.<br>Thank you Harmony for being here. Thank you for the opportunity to have happy , healthy joy in our senior years.<br>You do not need to look any further than Harmony for peaceful days.<br><br>Feeling blessed, Judi and Richard McGrath

One of the most unprofessional disorganized, completely understaffed and mismanaged place I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I would not put my dog here, let alone a family member. The management team, especially causes this place to have an even worse reputation. Tiffany, Richard and Tonya on the management staff are completely unprofessional.

Helping my mother transition from living at home to Harmony for Independent living was made so much easier with help from Nicole. Quick to respond, and always available, she kindly and professionally showed us what the community has to offer. Looking forward to getting mom moved in and settled in a community that appears to have exactly what she needs.
