One of the most unprofessional disorganized, completely understaffed and mismanaged place I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I would not put my dog here, let alone a family member. The management team, especially causes this place to have an even worse reputation. Tiffany, Richard and Tonya on the management staff are completely unprofessional.

Helping my mother transition from living at home to Harmony for Independent living was made so much easier with help from Nicole. Quick to respond, and always available, she kindly and professionally showed us what the community has to offer. Looking forward to getting mom moved in and settled in a community that appears to have exactly what she needs.

My grandmother recently resided there and the facility itself was very nice & clean I love to see all those smiling faces & received so many warm welcoming greetings. The staff were so attentive and caring. The ED was very helpful during the tour but must have forgotten after we signed our lease who we were because she never spoke to us again never acknowledged my grandmother or anything. A few of the ladies that I came encountered with said she never speaks to anyone and always has an attitude I overheard a random rascist slur from her mouth that I dare to repeat. The supervisor down in the unit my grandmother lived in was horrible that place could do with out the “higher ups” because the aids kept that place up and running. I sure wouldn’t mind speaking with the owners of that place because I would not have those ladies any where near my facility. Anyone who is looking for a facility for their family member I do not recommend Harmony as long as Tonya and Melody are there. THEY DO NOT CARE ABT anyone Jus the money
