In the three weeks we have been eating here, the quality of the meals has declined!!! This evening there was No Soup, No salad, No fruit! The usual Ala Carte menu was not available. The main entree of chili was so spicy that it was almost inedible. Only dessert was ice cream...no coffee or pastry. We are told there is a staff shortage....wonder what caused that.

My Uncle is in this facility…. I love the care level and attention detail…. That they give the staff is both friendly & very helpful….<br><br>They are very professional, clean both sight & smell….. they have made this experience much easier for my family….

Getting used to living in a retirement community is difficult, but everyone here is so nice and accommodating that transition has been easier.<br>It’s clean, the food is okay and I’ve made some wonderful new friends.

Our family has been searching for a senior living facility for mom where she would be safe, happy and surrounded by family. Harmony at Hershey has provided all of that and more. The facility is beautiful, the independent living apartments are very spacious, and the staff supportive and compassionate.<br><br>Jason Girvin, Director of Sales and Marketing, was instrumental in providing mom with all that she requested in accommodations. He toured the facility with our family three times, and was incredibly patient with mom as she contemplated her decision.<br><br>We are beyond excited that she will be moving in soon and joining the Harmony family.

My mom loves it at Harmony at Hershey! The food and activities are amazing! She gets the care she needs while living her life to the fullest. Great residents and caring employees! Would highly recommend.
