I visited a friend here for the first time and had a very positive initial impression. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. However, my friend, who is in her 90s, shared that she has not been given a bath in five days, which is very concerning. After reading other reviews, it appears this may be an ongoing issue. I hope this is addressed promptly, as proper hygiene care is essential for residents' health and dignity.

The management and staff takes excellent care of their residents. I was there for a month so I know. I could see that my friend whom I visited with is being provided excellent care. They go that extra mile.
