The community is 100% dedicated to memory care with no assisted living wing or mixed populations, ensuring all staff are hired and trained specifically for dementia care.

The community provides three primary service models: long-term residential memory care with personalized care plans and daily structured programming; a respite program offering short-term care to provide relief for family caregivers; and a day program for families not yet ready for full-time residential care. An 8:1 staff-to-resident ratio allows caregivers to develop deep knowledge of each resident's preferences, patterns, and routines. The Rhythm of Life program structures each resident's day across six wellness dimensions—physical, cognitive, creative, social, emotional, and purposeful—with activities including music therapy, gardening, art sessions, and Life Stations adapted to individual interests.

Signature Suites offer an additional layer of support through Amba Smart Wellness Technology, a passive sensor system that monitors sleep, movement, and vital signs without cameras or microphones, with real-time alerts to the care team when patterns shift.
