l In all the Memory care facilities that I have been in down here and on the East Coast of Massachusetts,this by far is the most compassionate caring staff that I have ever seen . I have not once walked in and found my father with food on him, dirty clothes, a dirty room, dirty bathroom . All day long these lovely people Play games for their mind trying to keep that going then they have ice cream social and then they have name that tune. They are busy all day long and it is so wonderful to go there and see everybody resident happy makes it lot easier than seeing them all sleeping in there chairs . The people there immediately learned our names and always stop and say hello as soon as they see you and bring u to your loved ones. If i had to find a place for my family it would be no facility but this one i would even consider. The staff i originally met was Jennifer,and Blanca were so helpful and also the head nurse got my father in a room the next day knowing the situation we were in . please check them out it’s so worth it .

Every interaction reflected genuine compassion, patience, and respect for the individuals they serve.<br><br>You can see that the residents are not only well cared for, but truly known and valued. The team goes above and beyond to create meaningful connections with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community that is so important in memory care.
