I wish to express my appreciation for the exceptional care my wife has been receiving at Guardian Care & Rehab Center. The dedication of your entire team has been a remarkable experience during what has, for me been a deeply challenging and often overwhelming time. Every member of your staff, without exception, has a level of professionalism, compassion, and sincerity that is truly remarkable. It’s clear that working in an environment dedicated to the sick and elderly is more than just a job for them. From the warm greetings at the front office to the meticulous attention of the housekeepers, and the constant support from the nursing staff, every interaction is with genuine respect and a commitment to patient dignity. I have been consistently impressed by how readily everyone steps forward to assist with any request, always with a kind word and a helpful demeanor. In fact, the warmth and support I've encountered have been so genuine that I've even had the privilege of fostering some sincere friendships within these halls during a very stressful period. Your collective efforts make an immeasurable difference in the lives of patients and their families every single day.

My experience with the Guardian staff has been very positive.. they’ve been quick to respond to any concerns that our family has re. my uncle, and communicate well when he needs any form of care (upcoming Dr. appointments, transportation needs, meds adjustments, etc.).

What a breath of fresh air! BUT WHAT is up with these bad reviews??! We moved our grandma from a run-down and neglectful SNF in the East Bay where my grandma would be left in her own diaper for hours on end and be begging for water and food. We moved her to Guardian and we couldn't be more happy. Her diaper is actually changed. She's actually covered and warm in her blankets. The staff here contacts us frequently with updates on her condition. We can't thank Bristol Hospice company enough for helping us get our grandma to Guardian. My grandma would be laying in bed exposed, neglected, and covered in her own feces (sorry for the imagery) at the East Bay SNF but here she's cleaned up ASAP, and even taken out for little wheelchair walks. It might not be much, but for someone's well-being this does wonders. No SNF will be perfect, but Guardian and its staff definitely do try and show that they care--we are very happy she's at Guardian (and it's right off the 99 for us which makes it very accessible). Not to mention that the rooms are clean and people are generally doing their jobs here. So much better than the place we were in the East Bay (where they would have open diapers just sitting around)! Very grateful for Guardian! Thank you all so much!

I am truly impressed with this facility. The building is beautifully maintained and always in excellent condition. The maintenance team, staff, and caregivers take exceptional pride in keeping everything clean, safe, and welcoming. The caregivers here are kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of every resident. There are plenty of activities, programs, and accommodations that keep residents engaged, active, and happy throughout the day. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and high-quality care, I highly recommend this nursing home. Your loved one will be in very good hands here.
