Gelzhen Guest Home is a residential care facility for the elderly , 15 bed ambulatory / non ambulatory .We can also accommodate 6 Hospice residents.It's approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who may need some help with daily activities such as meals , housekeeping , bathing , dressing and medication reminders.We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautiful living spaces , delicious meals , social activities , and personalized assistance and care.

Accommodations
We have private and semi private rooms , three Home cooked meals served family style in a spacious dining room , between meal snacks and nourishment following specific diet prescribed by the Physician. Continuous care , supervision and observation of changes in Physical , Mental , emotional and social functioning. Assistance with bathing , dressing , grooming , toileting ,eating , continence and transferring from Bed or Chair.
Health and Wellness
Assistance with Over-the-counter and Prescription Medication management in accordance with Physician's instructions .Activities planned to accommodate individual interest and abilities including the utilization of community resources.
Daily exercises and social activities to cater for individual needs.
Our Staff
Our staff is knowledgeable and compassionate , individualizing services to the specific needs of each resident under the administrator's direction.Our caregivers participate in ongoing training and are trained in the regulatory standards of elderly care and medication assistance.The families of our residents can attest to the quality of care received by their loved ones in this warm , homey , senior living environment .
