I'm in shock. My father had an aide from here. She didn't work out so I requested another one. The new aide she came 2 days. Then all of a sudden she doesn't come anymore. I got no calls from agency as to why not nor from the company who set us up with them I call and leave a message and get no response and then they had the audacity to send me a satisfaction survey in the mail days later after calling and leaving a message inquiring what's going on. Really?

I highly recommend Guardian Angels Homecare, LLC in Cheshire, CT. Recently I worked with the office staff to help with the care of my husband. From the first telephone call, the office staff was so understanding of our needs and eased our minds. They sent someone out to our home to evaluate his condition right away and then the aid followed accordingly for several months. She was always on time, kind and very patient with him. He looked forward to her visits, as did I, they always put a smile on his face. I can not thank the staff enough for helping us through the physical strain and emotional stress of his very difficult illness. They really are Guardian Angels!

We have had excellent service from Guardian Angels Homecare. For the last three years my mother has had the emergency response button which was activated once. Since I no longer reside nearby, I have greater peace of mind since working with Guardian Angels Homecare.
