My Sisters and I were lucky enough to find this wonderful care facility for our Father. This Care Facility is BEYOND AMAZING. We were overly delighted to see how clean it was. Exceptionally clean I might add. This was very important to us. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside. The Caregivers, and Staff are so caring and wonderful. Chris is so amazing. He takes his time with me and answers all questions I have regarding our Dad and how he is doing. My Dad loves cars and when I found out that Chris had a sports car I asked him if he would take our Father out in it. Chris did just that. I received photos of our Dad with the biggest smile on his face. I know this made my Dads day and it certainly made mine! I would HIGHLY recommend “The Grove” for any loved one that might need care!

It gives me great pleasure to write a review on a business that goes above and beyond. I am a personal friend and conservator of one of the residence at The Grove Memory Care facility. My experiences have exceeded my expectations. My friend has been in the facility since early 2022. I am responsible for taking care of his personal needs like shopping, going to the doctor, in some cases picking up medical supplies, etc. The staff at The Grove has consistently responded to my requests to have my friend ready for the occasion dressed appropriately and ready to go. In addition, I am a real stickler about cleanliness. I find the facility always in very good condition, very clean including my friends room. Currently my friend needs a medical cream applied to his skin. He can reach many areas of his own body and the areas he cannot reach, the staff takes care of on a daily basis. Another indicator that the company is well run is the level of happiness and satisfaction I see in the other residence. I am always impressed with how sensitive the staff is to their needs and how consistently they demonstrate patience and compassion when serving the residence. As a another note, I knew nothing about this facility until I came to help get my friend settled. He was placed there by his son and it was by chance we got such a quality company.

I looked far and wide when searching for the right home for my parents. And I call The Grove a home and not a facility, because that's how it feels to my parents. They are happy, well cared for and we couldn't be more pleased. It's bright, clean and keeps them active. I'd highly recommend the Grove as a caring, well run, lovely home for your family member!

Love this facility. They are ALL about family. My mother and step father have been here for almost a year. They have a wonderful relationship with all the staff. Ramona, Chris, Rich and many many more. My step father loves cars so when Chris finally got his 1985 porch he took them for a special ride. They talk about it everyday, they were so excited. I visit often and see beautiful clean residents smiling and enjoying social time, eaing very well and enjoying many activities that are offered daily. I have not seen a spec of dirt or any bug's. Highly recommend.

Have visited with the Walnut Grove team and can tell you of their commitment to amazing care for their patients. Met their entire staff and can honestly say, I wish i'd have had my grandparents (both Alzheimer's patients) and my dad (dementia) in this facility. Patients, though going through difficult times with their own health, were happy, polite and cared for. I Highly Recommend Walnut Grove Memory Care for your loved ones. 5-Stars.
