At first I believed the ratings when I entered. My sister got transferred from Kaiser to get rehab, and I was real apprehensive. Sat with her throughout 4th of July holiday weekend. I witnessed the core value that separates this facility from most, was the staff‼️ They served my sister with consistent care and met all her needs, which as a 46 year Kaiser employer from Oregon I beg to say I cannot say that Kaiser would come close to what I witnessed. Again the friendly attentive staff is priceless when you can confidently leave a loved one in such capable hands. The Best ‼️‼️ And a shout out to the nice receptionist at the door, she took the time. I appreciate you💕 Almond Vista 10 Stars ✨

I visited my dad here in June 2026 and everyone was really nice, even when I got lost and couldn't find his room, several people pointed me in the right direction. I saw nurses working with patients, helping them stretch and move, my dad was showered and so was his roommate. I came as lunch time was finishing and there were several nurses feeding the patients and cleaning up. In the lunch room there is a big calendar with activities and my dad said they play bingo, piano and have church on Sunday. I didn't see anything concerning, my dad is cognitive and said that all the staff are nice to him but he doesn't like his roommate or other patients, we will be taking him home since his mind is still functioning. A lot of the patients here seem to have dementia or cognitive disabilities that causes them to yell or make loud noises, I saw it myself and the nurses do the best they can but some people cannot help it. My one complaint is parking, I had to park across the street near Petco and walk because I couldn't find a parking spot at the facility. I hope they buy the lot next door and turn that into parking or expand their facility.

She had open heart surgery, placed her in a bed so bad it belonged in a dumpster. ended up complaining about her back and tail hurting more than the fact that all all of her ribs had been cut to do the surgery
