My mom was brought here for comfort care, this place is terrible!!!! Do not use this facility! My mom was not taken care of at all. My mom was is pain and not given the right amount of pain medication to keep her comfortable. We complained to the head nurse in charge, nothing was done. My family emptied her urine bag because several times it was full, I can go on and on. A nurse came to the room and said "I'm going to shut the door, your mother is making too much noise". She was dying and it was like they didnt even care for her. I put in a formal complaint with my sister but nothing ever came from it. This is just a warning ⚠️ If you care for you loved ones at all DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!

Huge improvement from 2013! Many workers and all behaving professionally with good attitudes and kindness. Thank you so much for your wonderful care of patients. Also, my dear friend, Ethyl has enjoyed her good meals.

Do not place your loved ones in this facility. My mother was admitted here for rehabilitation after a broken ankle, and what she experienced was unacceptable and deeply upsetting for our entire family. She was repeatedly spoken to in a demeaning and disrespectful way by certain staff, making her feel small, dismissed, and powerless during a time when she was most vulnerable. There were ongoing issues with how her needs were handled. Requests for help were not taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner, leaving her feeling neglected and without proper support. Instead of receiving compassionate care, she was treated like a burden. Most concerning, there was a specific staff member who treated my mother poorly from the beginning. Despite concerns, the facility continued assigning this individual to her care. This situation escalated to the point where my mother was physically handled in an inappropriate and aggressive manner. This should have never been allowed to happen, and it reflects a serious failure on the part of the facility to protect its patients. We formally raised these concerns and pursued an investigation. Rather than taking responsibility, the facility prioritized protecting itself and downplaying what occurred. That lack of accountability is extremely concerning and reflects the culture within this facility. Rehabilitation centers are supposed to provide safety, dignity, and support. This facility failed to provide even the most basic level of respect and care. I would never trust this place with the well-being of any family member, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

As someone in the care home business for 25 years, I’ve seen a lot of skilled nursing facilities. When I visit my sister I am always impressed that there are no urine odors when I enter the facility and with the cleanliness in general. The staff are attentive and friendly and seem to enjoy working there. All in all one of the best facilities I’ve come across
