The place is amazing! Had to bring my mother in yesterday and the transition was very smooth. No odorous smells and the staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way.

Outstanding facility! My 91 yr old mom spent a month there rehabbing from a broken leg. She received excellent care. Everyone from Jamie, the administrator to the day to day nurses were friendly, competent and top quality.

My dad went in as a rehab patient straight out of the hospital, planning to be there only a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, he passed away after additional health issues about eight weeks later. He had always said if he had to go to a home, he just wanted to die. (About seven years before this, he had to have rehab and we used another home. He cried a lot, wouldn’t eat, and complained about everything.) From the first day he was in Grove Nursing Center, he loved it. He raved about the food choices he got to choose from and was crazy over all the nurses. We always felt very comfortable and welcomed on our daily visits. Our entire family would highly recommend Grove Nursing Center.

My mother-in-law needed skilled nursing care and we consider ourselves so fortunate that Grove Nursing Center had an available bed for her. We went initially for a visit to see what the place was like. We steeled ourselves for the encounter, but we left feeling excited! The staff smiled at us and at patients, a previous resident who had returned for outpatient therapy raved about his earlier 1 year stay, there was sunshine in the large open dining space, all skilled nursing patients had private rooms, patients could choose when, where, and what they ate, we saw lots of physical therapists at work (and smiling at everyone!), there were lots of activities, an outdoor patio for visiting, and it felt pretty and clean! She stayed about 6 weeks and we were never disappointed or worried. Her care was excellent, the staff was kind, the food was good, and the therapists enabled her to recover. We especially loved Chandra who was the most remarkable caregiver I've ever met. Also special thank yous to the administrative folks- Ashley and Victoria, and the social worker Kristen. Who knew a nursing home could be such a great experience?

My family has had two parents there, one who passed away on February 9th 2019 (the entire staff have been good day & night for four or five solid days ... I stayed there 24/7 for my Father, and they were truly incredible and almost came like family to us) my other parent has been there since March of 2018. I truly cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people we've never had an intentional incident and we are very active in and out of their care with the staff day and night 24/7 it's a wonderful place ..... caring nurturing compassionate.
