I recently visited this facility and it is amazing! The kindest staff, really good food and a clean environment! I really enjoyed spending the day here! The nursing staff was very attentive to the residents. I met several happy residents and family members. I hope to visit again soon🥰

Staff, though nice enough spend more time on their phones than they do caring and monitoring their patients. The food is atrocious, and for a "rehab" they aren't staffed enough to be effective.

I was in a car accident in late June and was sent here for skilled nursing care until I could return home. Like any nursing home, there are outstanding employees and horrible ones. 80% of the nursing staff are excellent. Names to note are Amber, Devin, and Amanda. The aides are a mix of extraordinary, good, fair, and horrible. Notables in this category are Lindsey (blonde), Serena, Tiffany, Angie, and Bertha. The social services director (insurance issues, setting up home services) is severely lacking in getting her job done. The Physical Therapy staff is friendly and supportive. Others that were very pleasant to deal with were the Activities Director, and the food service staff. All in all, my stay could have been much worse. However, be prepared to do your own legwork with insurance and home health issues! And if you or your loved one smokes or likes being outside, always keep a cell phone on you so that you can call the desk for a 'ride' back inside as some are not great about remembering you're out there!!
