Miss Becky does a great job helping my 93 year old mother. She is kind and caring and gentle. She does chores to help keep things clean, and helps with showers. She pays attention to my mom's safety. She us consistent and has never let us down!

Alexis Goff, her professional care is five star I recommend her to anyone in need of a caregiver that would attend to your loved one as you would. My mother-in-law's face would light up every time she arrived. It gave me peace of mind to know that Alexis was caring for her. Alexis gave me the ability to focus on my work and not give it a second thought as to how my mother-in-law was being cared for. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Home Instead has supported my 96 year old mother for the last 18 months. The services they provide such as transportation to appointments, shopping, light house cleaning, help with meal prep, etc. have enabled Mom to stay at her independent living apartment in her home town. Her current caregiver, Alicia “Kay”, has been extra helpful with technology issues such as hosting a video call with Mom’s doctor and helping Mom learn to operate her new TV. The Sensi AI sensor tool provided by Home Instead is a bonus that has twice detected an issue needing investigation. The front office has always been proactive in resolving staffing scheduling issues and answering questions. I highly recommend Home Instead for in-home care services!

We hired Home Instead for my 95 year old father while he was recovering from a fall. The Home Instead representative/nurse, Nicole was very professional and efficient, and she communicated with our family in a warm and caring manner. Additionally, we had a fantastic experience because of the skill of our caregiver, Teresa. She consistently had a positive attitude and a cheery disposition while helping my father. She was a hard worker and always looked for things to do around the house. Teresa was a wonderful cook, house cleaner, personal care giver, driver, and companion for my dad. We couldn’t have asked for more and were thrilled with the care she provided. She was like an angel sent from heaven!
