I’ve lived here almost a year. I feel safe here & at home. These apartments are very nice & so easy to keep clean! Everyone has been very friendly. I’m still working full time & don’t have time to enjoy all of the activities, but my retired neighbors are having a ball!!! The maintenance is top notch & the office manager has always been helpful. I enjoy living here.

The property manager, Hillary, makes time for everyone. She answers all my questions and she is very personable. She has a great deal of experience as a manager and it serves her well here at Grove Crossing. The other residents are very friendly and kind. Security is good. Rusty, the maintenance employee, is very friendly, conscientious, and knowledgeable. You will find a community who cares about you. We watch out for each other. I've now lived here almost six months with my elderly dad. We are looking forward to the holidays here. We now have an activity director and lots of activities for those who want to join in. A lot of things to look forward to!

Review I moved into Grove Crossing in September. When visiting Indiana this summer (from Florida) I visited at least ten complexes and more apartments. I chose this complex for several reasons, but the manager, Hillary, was the most important. She was professional and kind. My daughter and I were comfortable with her. Since I have moved in, Hillary has been helpful...she is definitely the best manager one could hope for. Her attitude is positive, and she gets things accomplished. I am thankful that my daughter and I chose this complex for my move. I am thankful for Hillary. Not only do I feel confident that Hillary will answer any request, I know that she keeps this complex going. She is a worker. I am a retired educator...I am a retired business owner...Hillary is the type of employee that anyone would want and be thankful for. Thank you for hiring the best. After searching for months, I finally found the perfect place to live! Hillary, the property manager, helped me throughout the entire move in process, from answering my countless emails and phone calls, to welcoming me when I finally got here from Florida. She is definitely a bright addition to this apartment complex. Hillary goes above and beyond that of just a property manager, mingling with the residents in the community room, checking on residents who she may not have seen in a couple of days, overall helping people on a daily basis. You can tell that Hillary really enjoys her job and she is one of the reasons that this new apartment complex will be successful. Yes, the complex is brand new and enticing for that reason and close to restaurants and shopping, but it is Hillary that helps make this complex a community. I hope she never leaves because it would be a great loss to our community.

We moved in 8/22/2025. Managing a home, taking care of Donna and trying to find time to take care of myself had become too much the past two years. We looked and looked and looked for something better at our age. Donna found Grove Crossing. It was perfect. Hillary is a Superstar Facility Manager. I can't say enough good things about her. All new apartments, great residents and developing activities. Great location. Near good shopping and restaurants, but away from traffic and secluded in a nice wooded area. We love it here.
