We had a wonderful hospice experience with Griswold. They moved quickly and were very responsive to feedback and adjustments on our end. The management team was great and most of the caregivers we worked with were absolutely excellent

Our experience with Griswold Home Care has been excellent. My mother has enjoyed the company of a very wonderful caregiver each week, who has taken her on errands and provided her with companionship. As their new relationship was being established, a representative from Griswold reached out to me after each visit to see how it was going and if there was anything else that they could do to meet my mom's needs. Thank you for the great service your team provided. Sarah really did a great job for us. Don’t think we could have had any one better to work with Victor. She not only took great care of him in difficult circumstances but would let us know if we needed to address any issues with Victor. And there were several as we expected. She managed to maneuver through them and keep him safe, keep the place up, as well keep him clean and healthy. Not sure we will get that now. Victor is not easy to deal with but she was able to handle that exceptionally well. How she maintains her composure in difficult situations is amazing. So good at handling the unexpected. My experience with Griswold Home Care was excellent. The home health aid who worked with my husband was great, she did a good job showering him and taking care of him. The weekend aid was also great, she was so pleasant and caring and took great care of my husband. My experience with the office personnel was also excellent, they went to great lengths to provide me with placement help when our regular aid was not available they were alway available to help me with any questions or problems. I would highly recommend Griswold Homecare. Griswold Home Care has supported our family in so many ways. Maryann and Patti are extremely responsive and bend over backwards to meet our family needs. Dan worked with me at length to wind through the overwhelming world of long term care insurance. The primary reason we work with Griswold is to improve our mother's quality of life. Our fears for our mother's safety is completely gone. The team of caregivers are professional and kind. In addition to providing safety and making her life easier with support, our mother has made connections with the caregivers, filling her days with meaningful and warm conversation and laughter. All involved treat our mother with respect.
