I used Griswold Caregivers to help care for my dad after he unexpectedly moved in with me, and they were outstanding. They found someone quickly, then matched us with a regular caregiver who was dependable, kind, and flexible whenever our schedule or needs changed. They helped with breakfast, laundry, medication supervision, and—most importantly—kept my dad safe and genuinely cared for. Having them in our home gave me real peace of mind. I’m grateful for their support and highly recommend them.

After a frustrating period of time, trying to get help when we needed it, Jessica & Jason came into the picture. Their kindness in our first interaction gave us a sense of peace, knowing that my Mom (90 years old) would have good care. We started quickly after that first meeting and they came in, with the caregiver, to make sure a stranger didn't just show up at the door. The day went smoothly, but we needed to add another day, so they had to do a quick change in caregivers. Our caregiver has been so kind to Mom and in the midst of this time, my Dad was hospitalized. Although she wasn't assigned to care for my Dad, we were in the house (working from home) and she kindly interacted with my Dad, offered to make him lunch, and helped to refill his drink. By being in the home, I could observe the caregiver's time and how she interacted with my Mom and it was always so gentle and kind. Both of my parents were comfortable having her in the home. She was reliable and really a good experience for us. Thanks to the team at Jessica & Jason! Highly recommend because they are so flexible and so kind about making sure everything is going well.
