I would highly recommend Griswold Care Pairing for Columbia. I was hesitant to have someone come in and help my Dad, but I am so glad I did. Lori was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Brittany has been a Godsend and my Dad loves her! If you need help with a loved one don't hesitate to reach out to Griswold for help!

Being in the healthcare field, I have a lot of experience with aide companies. I recently had to help my grandmother get an aide, and was delightfully surprised to find this company. My grandmother's neighbor used them, and had nothing but nice things to say and after our initial interview and meeting with the aide, I knew we had found the right place. The aide was so thoughtful and attentive, I felt a sense of relief, knowing that she would be OK when I left. We have used this company 24/7 for almost two weeks now and have only had positive results from both the aide and the office. I will highly recommend this company to all my clients!

I am very thankful to Lori and her staff at Griswold Home Care of Columbia. They are absolutely wonderful! When my father was in rehab earlier this year after having a brain hemorrhage, and I was desperate to find someone to take care of my ailing mom while I focused on my dad's health, Lori did not hesitate to help me. She quickly found a reliable and dedicated caregiver who could care for my mom while I focused on my dad's rehabilitation. It is thanks to Lori and her staff of caregivers that it was possible for me to be there for my dad in his last months of life. I had the peace of mind that my mom was in good hands. I am beyond grateful to Lori's compassion and attentiveness to my family's needs. I highly recommend Griswold of Columbia to anyone who needs care for themselves or a loved one.

Thank you Griswold, for all the invaluable care and assistance with my mother’s day to day care. After being very frustrated with the services I had received from other agencies for my 94 year old mother, I had all but given up looking for help. I first reached out to Griswold just to try to find someone to cut mother’s hair in the home. To my absolute delight and surprise Griswold turned out to be the answer to all my prayers. Lori, the head of the agency, has been very compassionate and thoughtful in my mother’s care. It was through Griswold that we found Rosemary who is the perfect caregiver for my mother. The hair cut led to having Rosemary stay with my mother in an assisted living facility while I went on vacation with my husband. Rosemary turned out be a very valuable advocate for my mother’s needs that week. We have developed a very strong relationship and bond with Rosemary, and she has helped us through some difficult times when my mother has been in and out of the hospital. Shannon, who also works along with Lori, always reaches out to me to enquire on how my mother is doing. After so many fruitless searches for the right health care agency I finally struck gold with Griswold. In the 20 plus years that I have been caring for my aging parents, I have never encountered a home health agency that is as kind, warm hearted and understanding as Griswold. My husband and I are now planning some additional trips and feel very confident in leaving my mother at home with Rosemary, where she is most comfortable and safest, under Griswold’s care. Again, I strongly recommend the Griswold company to provide you with the respite care you need for all your home care needs for your elderly, disabled or injured loved one.

Honest, compassionate and very responsive administrators. They have found great caregivers and when a caregiver is not able to come in for whatever reason, the agency always attempts to find someone who can fill in as quickly as possible. Griswold Home Care is head and shoulders above another local agency that I dealt with for a year. I’m so thankful that I found them. I would HIGHLY recommend this agency to anyone needing a caregiver for a loved one. I have worked helping nursing home patients for several years, and I know quality care when I see it.
