Arrived unexpectedly at night and staff was wonderfuly prepared for me. I’ve been here several days now, and can tell you the energy is very good. Staff is efficient and good natured, and there is lots of laughter. They take very good care with patients. I highly recommend itt be on your list of places to consider.

Staff friendly.Rooms were clean but furniture was worn down from usage and time. Patient informed me that on one day there was only 2 staff members working.The patient also said one day was so cold and TV was interrupted.I also saw a lunch plate delivered to the room. I think it was lasagna?

The staff at Greentree manor are wonderful and caring to the residents. It is a warm and welcoming environment where everyone is welcomed. The rehab gym is spacious and has various bikes and equipment for use. I would recommend my loved ones here as the staff are always going above and beyond to try to make the residents feel safe and comfortable here.

After 3 years at Greentree they are trying to discharge me to a homeless shelter. This is against both state and federal laws. This is considered an unsafe discharge as homeless shelters are not considered stable housing. I have already received 3 discharge notices even though the state has dismissed the first 2 notices. Greentree has no respect for the laws or my personal safety. My advice to anyone who is looking for a nursing home is avoid Greentree .
